New Era Technology is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to be the first point of contact for on-site clients in Wellington. You will handle face-to-face support, manage the ticket board, and prioritize and troubleshoot issues to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll work Monday-Thursday 8 hours and Friday 6 hours, travel locally as needed, and benefit from a supportive team, ongoing training, and a vehicle on-site.
