About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Marketing Guru to join our team at Ikon on a full-time or part-time basis. Based in Hamilton Central, Waikato, this role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing communications strategies that elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable business impact. As a Marketing Guru, you will be the creative driving force behind our marketing initiatives, combining strategic thinking with innovative execution to achieve our business objectives and engage our target audiences effectively. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business goals and target market positioning Creating compelling marketing content across multiple channels including digital, social media, print and email campaigns Managing and optimising marketing campaigns from conception through execution and performance analysis Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication standards Analysing market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance data to inform strategic recommendations Overseeing social media strategy and content calendars to build audience engagement and brand awareness Developing marketing materials, collateral and communications that resonate with target audiences Managing marketing budgets and demonstrating return on investment for marketing initiatives Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners Staying current with marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive continuous innovation What we're looking for Proven experience in marketing communications or a related marketing discipline, ideally 3+ years in a professional setting Strong strategic thinking ability with the capacity to translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging content Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing and content management systems Solid understanding of marketing analytics and data interpretation to measure campaign effectiveness Experience with marketing tools and software platforms, such as CRM systems or email marketing platforms Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns Project management capabilities with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst also managing independent projects Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline is preferred Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments would be advantageous What we offer Ikon commercial ltd is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment where our team can thrive.
