Job Description
San Aotea II is seeking a Meal Plant Operator to lead the fish meal plant operations aboard our longline vessel. You will safely operate, monitor and maintain the plant, and keep accurate production records while supporting the engineering team. This Independent Contractor role runs on a trip-on (6–7 weeks) / trip-off (6–7 weeks) rotation. Departures begin around late September 2026, with variable voyages including Ross Sea season.
