Employme is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and busy automotive workshop in the beautiful Coromandel, for a skilled and qualified Automotive Technician to join their growing team. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles while maintaining high technical and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles Perform routine maintenance including brakes, suspension, and engine work Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately Complete job cards and service documentation correctly Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when required Job reference: 36462 Requirements Relevant automotive qualification WOF certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Proven experience as an Automotive Technician Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full, clean driver licence Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship What Our Client Offers Competitive hourly rate based on experience - $36- $38 ph Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and well-equipped workshop environment Stable, full-time permenant employment of 40 hours per week Opportunity to grow within a respected local business If you are a dedicated Automotive Technician looking for your next opportunity in the beautiful Coromandel, Employme would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
