What Where The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Performance and Rewards is responsible for the execution of performance management programmes and support the implementation of compensation and benefits plans across MINDS. He/ She is responsible to ensure that the performance and compensation records in MINDS HRIS are accurately maintain and that regulatory guidelines are adhered to” Job Responsibilities Lead the various stages of Performance Appraisal in accordance with the Performance Management framework. Develop employee communications to inform employees about performance reviews and timelines. Prepare data analysis and support the coordination of Performance Ranking session with Senior Management. Maintain proper records of performance reviews and rating in HRIS. Organise Promotion ceremony and communications. Support salary benchmarking exercise. Support/ Lead the Excel simulation and execution of Salary Increment (Annual Increment, Structural Adjustment, Promotion & Emplacement), including drafting of papers for Management approval, uploading data in HRIS, as well as creation and uploading of e-letters. Support/ Lead the Excel simulation and execution of Bonuses (Mid and year End Variable bonus, Retention Bonus, Annual Wage Supplement, Performance Bonus) payment exercises, including drafting of papers for Management approval, uploading data in HRIS, as well as creation and uploading of e-letters. Simulate and execute ad-hoc Compensation-related tasks (eg, AHP stipend, ex-gratia service payment, allowances review, etc). Support in the end-to end process of preparing Annual EOM (Expense on Manpower) budget. Support in the preparation of payroll processing in HRIS and payroll checking; to ensure accurate and timely salary payment, including generating data and GL reports for payroll and funding purposes. Support in data/ report generation for internal and external Compensation/ Benefits/ Payroll audit, including tracking Key Management Personnel remuneration. Track and record secondment invoices as well as Government Funding (eg SEC, EEC, CTO). Liaise with Finance for record as needed. Participate in Salary and Benefits surveys conducted by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), National Council of Social Service (NCSS), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), Mercer, or other business consultant. Develop insightful presentation derived from payroll data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools, in support of Compensation and Benefits projects. Communicate with employees on areas such as benefits and claims eligibility and administration, payroll matters, retirement, re-employment, and termination guidelines Update and maintain the compensatioin/ payroll policies in Employee Handbook/ Remuneration Policy, as well as internal SOPs. Work with Manager, HRIS and/or other stakeholders where necessary to improve C&B/ Payroll SOPs and HRIS functions. Support where needed in events/ activities like Long Service Award ceremony, flu vaccination exercise, etc Alternate with Benefits personnel to conduct Phantom Employee Check. Qualification Job Requirements Degree in Business, Human Resources or Compensation and Benefits related. At least 3-5 years relevant Compensation, Performance and Rewards experience Proficient in Excel (Intermediate Level and above) Advantage for those with payroll knowledge / experience Good eye for details, keen learner, and with good interpersonal skills Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
