Job Responsibility planning menus in consultation with cooks or chefs organize food and beverage events, promotions and advertising. arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according tobudget organize supply purchases, maintaining records of stock levelsand financial transactions ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service ensure customer service is maintained at a high level ensure health, safety and liquor licensing regulations are followed selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff take customer bookings and help serve food and drinks ensure food is prepared and cooked to set companyspecification To be sucessfully, you will need to: NZQA Diploma or above qualification OR At least 2 years of work experience Strong management skill and team working Has a positive and wiling attitude to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
