Dietician Tupu Ora regional eating disorders service Working as part of the dietician team in the regional eating disorders continuum both the community team (Greenlane hospital) and the residential unit (point chevalier) Full time, permanent position (1fte) Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dietician preferably with experience in treating eating disorders. You will be part of a comprised team of 4 full-time dietitians providing dietetic assessment and treatment as part of multidisciplinary team across the specialist regional eating disorders continuum within Te Toka Tumai. Tupu Ora is a regional specialist service providing assessment and treatment for, children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders. Tupu Ora also provides consultation to and liaison with community services and hospitals in the Metro Auckland and Northland region. Tupu Ora has a continuum of services including community/outpatient, intensive day programme and residential options. The Tupu Ora community team provides specialist treatment to children, adolescents and adults presenting with moderate to severe eating disorders in the community and outpatient setting. Our residential unit is a supra regional 9 bedded residence, providing residential treatment from our unit in Pt Chevalier. Tupu Ora has a dietician team of 4fte that provide dietetic assessment and treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team across the specialist regional eating disorders continuum within Te Toka Tumai. A full and clean NZ driver licence is essential in this community-based role.
