Forte Recruitment – Wellington Central, North Island A well-known and highly respected construction company based in Wellington is seeking a professional, organised, and personable Frontline Office Administrator. This is a pivotal role where you will be the go-to person for the Wellington office - the first point of contact for visitors and staff, and a key support to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities Managing front desk and reception duties - welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls and emails Acting as the go-to person for office coordination and day-to-day operations Document and database management Coordinating and setting up meetings (internal and external) Booking travel and accommodation for management Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers Coordinating company fleet management, including vehicle servicing, registrations, maintenance scheduling, and tracking usage Support to the facilities and finance teams Event coordination as and when required Supporting senior leadership, administrative tasks Providing basic IT support A well-known and highly respected construction company based in Wellington is seeking a professional, organised, and personable Frontline Office Administrator.
