About theRole As a Maternity Care Assistant, you willbe part of our dedicated midwifery environment with full support. Your role isto work within the team to assist midwifery staff in the delivery of qualitycare.We are an enthusiastic and friendlyteam with a commitment to providing childbearing women with optimal healthcarethrough women-centred and appropriate clinical assessment, planning,intervention, evaluation and education. About you We are looking for someone with amature outlook, the ability to get on with a wide variety of people, and whohas excellent communication skills. They will also work in a flexible andmethodical manner, demonstrate honesty and reliability, and the use ofappropriate initiative. Experience within the health sector is preferredbut is not essential.
