Insulation Installer

Premier Insulation is looking for Insulation Installers to join their crew! No experience? No problem!! We don’t mind what you’ve been doing before, as long as you have a good attitude, are keen to work, and are up for learning something new. If you’ve got a full New Zealand driver’s licence and show up ready to work, we’ll provide full training and support. This role is ideal if you’re physically fit, don’t mind getting a bit dusty, and are happy working in roof spaces and under floors, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. You should have a can-do attitude, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to representing Premier Insulation’s values and standards on every job. This role is based in the Manawatu and involves daily travel across the region, so flexibility with start and finish times is essential. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on workload. You’ll be working on both new builds and retro-fits, installing our Premier polyester and glasswool insulation, and always putting safety and quality at the forefront. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager branch and your team to deliver top-notch results by installing insulation to NZS4246 standards, maintaining clean and safe worksites, removing old insulation as necessary, and ensuring customer service excellence. We want you to represent Premier Insulation in the best light, helping us deliver on our commitment to quality, safety, and timely service.
