Purpose-built, luxury facility tailored to Lexus' standards Key responsibilities Build rapport and understand customer needs to match them with the right vehicle Drive sales through a proactive, target-driven approach Deliver a premium customer experience from first contact through to delivery Maintain strong product knowledge of the Lexus range Represent the dealership and brand to the highest standard Skills & experience Must-have: Proven car sales experience Full, valid NZ driver's licence Strong customer focus and communication skills Willingness to work a 7-day roster, including weekends Nice-to-have: Premium or luxury automotive brand experience Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin) an advantage About the company Armstrong's is one of New Zealand's leading automotive groups, with dealerships spanning Auckland, Wellington and the South Island.
