Job Description

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator to help keep our key health, safety and wellbeing processes running smoothly. About the role | Ko te mahi nei Working closely with our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team, ACC representatives and third-party providers, you'll provide coordination and administrative support across injury management, ACC and wellbeing activities. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) audit activities and evidence collection. Supporting injury and claims management administration. Liaising with ACC, AEP Partner and internal stakeholders regarding claims and rehabilitation processes. Processing and monitoring HSW-related invoices and financial records. Maintaining accurate and confidential injury management and health records. Supporting reporting, documentation and audit requirements. Coordinating meetings and administrative processes associated with injury management and claims reviews. Providing high-quality administrative support across health, safety and wellbeing programmes. You're an organised and proactive coordinator who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work and can confidently manage competing priorities. You'll bring: Experience in ACC claims administration, injury management or rehabilitation coordination. Experience supporting ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) requirements and/or external audits. Strong administration and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience processing invoices and managing financial administration. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and database management. Ideally, you'll also have: Experience working within a health, safety and wellbeing environment. Knowledge of ACC legislation and rehabilitation processes. Experience working with claims management systems or incident management databases. Experience supporting compliance or assurance programmes. Hours of work - Monday to Friday Position - Full time, Permanent Location - This position is primarily based atTe Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch Salary-The salary band for this position goes from $74,394 to $82,660 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
