What’s on offer: Competitive pay rates and weekly pay Immediate start with ongoing opportunities A variety of exciting Queenstown-based projects We provide your PPE(Safety Equipment)– free of charge Long-term and short-term options available Your day could include: Servicing and maintaining diesel vehicles Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance Engine, transmission, brake and suspension work Completing servicing records and job documentation Conducting safety inspections and pre-delivery checks Working on heavy machinery, trucks, buses or campervans depending on the role What we're looking for: Experience as a diesel mechanic or automotive technician Heavy Diesel qualification or Light Vehicle qualification (or equivalent experience) Overseas qualified mechanics are encouraged to apply Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Full driver's licence preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test About Tradestaff: For over 30 years, Tradestaff has been connecting skilled tradespeople with great employers throughout New Zealand.
