Each Tangata will have high risk individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as Palliative cares, Bowel cares, Dementia, Mental health, Medication. You will provide safe, respectful, and person‑centred support in people’s homes, being mindful of what matters to them, including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries. Whakangungu | Training We provide practical and online training during the first few weeks of employment. With the added bonus of year‑round training with regular refreshers and new modules to keep skills up to date. You’ll be supported through structured induction, ongoing training, refreshers, and clear development pathways. MōhouAke | About You The following skills and experience may be required depending on the specific client needs you are matched to.
