Tele Sales Consultant

This is a true telephone sales role, and we're looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who thrives on chasing opportunities and closing deals. You'll be driven by results, hungry for success, have the gift of the gab, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. WHAT WILL YOU BRING? A minimum of 2 years' sales experience (preferably on the phone). Ability to work One Weekend Day every week (as part of your five-day week). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and ways of working. Results-oriented with a strong desire to maximise earning potential A positive, helpful and friendly attitude everyday Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales related targets. Excellent communication and fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft 365 and a CRM database. Experience in the rental car industry is favourable, but not essential. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING!? Connect with new and existing customers through inbound and outbound sales calls. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to maximise conversion opportunities with uncapped earnings!!! Create accurate quotes and reservations while maintaining detailed customer records. Become a product expert and confidently match customers with the right solutions. Track sales performance and use insights to drive better results. Meet and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets. Provide outstanding customer service, resolving enquiries and issues with professionalism and care.
