Before/After School Care & Holiday Programme Lead Supervisor 2 ROLES: LOCATED IN PĀPĀMOA AND GREERTON Play Time has exciting positions become available, located in Pāpāmoa and Greerton, and we're seeking an awesome someone to fill the Lead Supervisor / 1IC roles in each located, in the most fun and rewarding job ever! About the role This is a part-time role offering 20-30 hours per week during term time, comprising Before School, After School and some admin hours, with more hours available during school Holidays. The role involves delivering quality care and fun, engaging activities for children aged 5-13 years in a nurturing, safe and secure environment. Key responsibilities Delivering quality care, and fun and engaging activities for the children in our care Keeping children safe, happy and engaged Enhance children's well-being and self esteem in a nurturing, safe and secure environment Understand and follow Play Time's policies and procedures Directing the team to deliver programmes and activities, engage and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children Setting up and setting down the venue (this includes cleaning duties and lifting tables/chairs) Shopping Preparing afternoon teas with the team Rostering Planning exciting weekly programmes and Holiday Programmes About you Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work in a team Friendly with good communication skills and presentation - you will be required to engage with parents, school staff as well as the children and fellow Play Time staff and management Experience with groups of children essential Really enjoy relating to children aged 5-13 years Fun, fit/healthy and full of energy with big smiles (the job is physically demanding) Must be prepared to complete a First Aid Course if you do not hold a First Aid Certificate Clean Driver's licence, and you will be willing and able to transport children in Play Time vehicles Be prepared to work with the booking apps and computers Must agree to be police vetted as this is a Core Worker role under the Vulnerable Children's Act NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa required #J-18808-Ljbffr
