About the role We are looking for an experienced customer serviceprofessional to join us as our new Administrator. This is a diverse role where you will workclosely with our customers, answering queries and ensuring they receive a highlevel of care. You will be the key between our customers and other internalbusiness units, ensuring customer requirements are met in the most efficientmanner. This varied role encompasses a large administration component includingdata entry and reporting, making sure information around customer inventory,orders and warehouse activities is correctly captured through the WarehouseManagement System. What will I be doing? Providing a high level of customer service Liaisingacross business units to ensure customer excellence Preparingcustomer billing and completion of eCert documentation requirements Performingdata entry and maintaining accurate customer and operational records Processingcustomer orders, bookings and inventory transactions within the WMS Supportingaccurate inventory control through stock investigations and reconciliations What will I need? Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing orlogistics administration role Be detail orientated with strong administrationskills Be confident using Warehouse Management systems Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Be customer focussed with a high level ofprofessionalism Be able to work well under pressure, and be ableto multi task and prioritise Display strong written and verbal communicationskills Be proactive, with a strong work ethic Experience in3PL or logistics related environmentswould beadvantageous, experience within a temperature controlled food transportationindustry would be a real bonus.
