About the role Collaborate with the Southland and Otago based SFYP and Otago based NESP (New Entry to Specialty Practice) coordinators, working within the Health Workforce NZ Nursing programme, ensuring that the programme policies and specifications are applied and followed. Join a team of experienced and positive nurses, Advance clinical knowledge in others Develop the practice of the next cohort of graduate nurses. Supported by the Otago PDU Manager, Collaborate closely with other team members, Deliver quality and evidence-based education and support to nurses joining our profession, Ensure all relevant Managers (Nurse Directors, Charge Nurse Managers, and Community Nurse Managers) understand and apply these polices and specifications, Create and maintaining a wide range of networks through the Southern region. About you New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current annual practising certificate, Post graduate qualification in a relevant field, Proven performance in adult teaching and learning principles. PDRP proficient at minimum, Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Able to build successful working relationships.
