Monday to Friday work, weekends as required. Reports to Project Manager. Pay conditions: $26 to $32 per hour depending on experience. We have work available in Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Hawke's Bay and Wellington. Where travel between locations is required, provisions for travel and accommodation expenses will be considered for work away from home. Position Details Project Administrator Deployment: Wellington. Permanent Full Time. Guaranteed min. 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday work, weekends as required. Reports to Project Manager. Pay conditions: $26 to $32 per hour depending on experience. What You'll Be Doing Project Coordination Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones and project trackers from commencement through to completion. Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects run smoothly. Organise project meetings, prepare minutes and assist with weekly and monthly reporting. Document Control Maintain project drawings, RFIs, specifications, permits, inspection records and correspondence. Ensure all project documentation is accurately recorded, updated and distributed in line with company procedures. Procurement & Contract Administration Raise purchase orders and coordinate procurement of materials, plant and subcontractor services. Process supplier invoices and assist with subcontract administration, delivery tracking and supplier records. Project Cost Administration Maintain project cost records, budgets, forecasts and variation registers. Support financial reporting and assist with monitoring project expenditure. Quality, Health & Safety & Compliance Maintain quality assurance, inspection and compliance documentation. Coordinate site inductions, training records and support project close-out and handover documentation. Resource & Site Administration Coordinate accommodation, travel, plant, equipment and project logistics. Manage project correspondence, staff onboarding, databases, office administration and site support activities. What You'll Receive Competitive salary package. Full-time permanent employment. What We Need At least three years experience or a Level 4 qualification or higher as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, Contract Administrator or similar. Experience supporting construction, civil, engineering or infrastructure projects. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
