The A Lighter Touch programme is jointly funded by Government and Industry; HortNZ is a key programme partner. About the role We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across the ALT Programme. Key responsibilities include: Co-ordinating meetings, diaries, travel, logistics, reporting and presentations. Preparing agendas, meeting papers and taking minutes. Supporting programme governance and maintaining project documentation. Coordinating stakeholder in‑kind records and administrative reporting. Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About you You’ll have: Experience in a project or programme administration role. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Intermediate level experience in the use of Microsoft Office (MS- Office, MS Excel, MS- PowerPoint). A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.
