About the position We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our centralised call centre team. As the first point of contact for patients and external service providers, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive experience through professional, compassionate, and efficient support. You'll confidently manage a high volume of enquiries, coordinate patient needs, and ensure callers receive accurate information and timely assistance.
