Project Manager (Residential/light Commercial)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team delivering quality builds, with strong systems and support in place. The Role You will take full responsibility for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on programme, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams, while maintaining clear reporting and effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and light commercial construction projects end-to-end Develop and maintain programmes using MS Project Lead PCG meetings, coordinate consultants, and manage stakeholder communication Administer and manage construction contracts and related documentation Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and reporting Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification About You Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential and/or light commercial construction Strong working knowledge of the construction process and project management principles Proficient with MS Project, programming, and project reporting Experience managing PCG meetings and construction contracts Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes What's on Offer Excellent salary package reflective of your experience Company ute provided Long-term, secure role with a strong pipeline of work Projects located across Waikato and Auckland Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth This is a great opportunity for a capable Project Manager looking to take ownership of quality projects and be part of a professional and forward-thinking construction team.
