About the Role As Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive executive support to two Regional Managers, ensuring they are well prepared, well organised, and able to deliver on their strategic priorities. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing high-quality documentation, handling confidential information, supporting financial administration, and acting as a key liaison across the organisation. You'll also play an important role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, programme coordination, Official Information Act (OIA) requests, and wider business activities. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. About you You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys building strong relationships and providing outstanding support to senior leaders. You will bring: At least five years' experience supporting senior executives within a large, complex organisation. Outstanding diary, calendar and inbox management skills. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High levels of professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Experience coordinating meetings, travel, events and executive communications. Financial administration experience, including processing invoices, purchase orders and expenses. The ability to build positive working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. A calm, adaptable approach with the ability to thrive during change. Ideally, you'll also have: Experience working within the health or government sector. Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and experience applying its principles in your work. A qualification in business administration or a related discipline.
