About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join their busy Dunedin operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in maintaining safety standards, and enjoys being part of a hardworking team. You’ll be involved in a range of warehousing duties including forklift operation, inventory management, loading and unloading freight, and ensuring stock is accurately stored and dispatched. This position offers long-term stability for the right person, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Duties Include: Loading and unloading trucks and freight Forklift operation Picking, packing and dispatching orders Inventory control and stock management Organising warehouse storage areas Maintaining accurate records and documentation Following health and safety procedures Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required Skills & Experience: Current OSH Forklift Certificate and F Endorsement required Previous warehousing or storeperson experience Good organisational and time management skills Physically fit and capable of manual handlingi> Strong focus on workplace health and safety Reliable transport and strong work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills Able to pass a pre-employment drug test Have no criminal convictions Valid NZ work rights Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $30.00 Permanent or temp-to-perm options available Stable Monday to Friday roster Opportunities for progression and development Supportive team environment Well-established and growing business About the Company: Our client is a respected logistics and transport operator with a strong reputation for delivering warehousing, freight, storage and distribution solutions throughout the South Island.
