About the role Deliver high-quality nursing care in a casual role across a 24/7 roster. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Services Manager, caregivers, residents, and families to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care. Key responsibilities Deliver compassionate, high-quality clinical care Assess residents and develop, review, and update care plans Administer medications and treatments safely Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changes Support and guide the caregiving team as needed Skills and Experience NZ-registered RN with a current APC Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Confident communication and teamwork approach InterRAI experience (preferred) NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa (we are unable to provide visa support for this role) Benefits At Alden, you’ll enjoy a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of elderly residents in your community.
