Senior Chef de Partie - The Lindis Lodge We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team here at The Lindis Lodge! We have a range of roles available and are looking for fixed term. Near the bottom of the habitable world, you will find The Lindis Lodge. More about the role: Opportunity to learn from a passionateHead Chef and support offered from a remote Executive Chef, who were recently awarded the 'Luxury Lodge Chefs of the Year Award' for 2025 at the Cuisine Good Food Awards. A daily changing menucatering for up to 16 guests. A workplace which encourages innovation andshowcasing the best ingredients in NZ. A small team of Hospitality professionals. Opportunity to work with the finest ingredients NZ has to offer. Housing is provided at a heavily subsided rate. Possible housing options are either onsite in the Ahuriri Valley (10mins from lodge), or in the local town (30mins from lodge). Some of your responsibilities will be: Maintain standards and quality of the products presented. Providing a creative input into our exciting and daily changing menu (non a-la-carte dinner menu) Ensure the cleaning the kitchen and staff food service areas are to the agreed standards. To understand and comply with food hygiene regulations & follow Health and safety policies and procedure. To ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working order, and to report to the chef on duty if anything is not up to scratch. To assist with all stocks checks. Assist with guest culinary activities outside of the kitchen including picnics & BBQs on property Rotational roster with at least 2 days off per week. Possible assistance and harvesting in our onsite vegetable & herb garden. Requirements: Self motivated Passion for food & eager to learn Team player Drivers license & own vehicle Flexible to be able to work across a range of onsite locations The Location The candidate will have to have the willingness to live and workin a beautiful, albeit remote environment. You will need to be able to offerflexibility as we look to ramp up operations in the ever-changing environment, we find ourselves. Located 2.5 hrs north of Queenstown and 1.5 hours north of Wanaka. In addition to the kitchen roles, we also have positions in our Front of House & Housekeeping teams coming up.
