People Team Project Officer

Human Resources, Training and Labor Relations Specialist People Project Officer - Fixed Term 18 Months. Help build the systems, learning and capability that support great lives. We're looking for a People Project Officer to help turn ambitious ideas into practical, sustainable improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to work across Human Resources, Learning and Development, Health, Safety and Quality, supporting projects that strengthen workforce capability, improve systems and processes, and enhance the way we support our people. If you enjoy taking a project from concept through to implementation, are naturally curious, and like figuring out better ways of doing things, we'd love to hear from you. Hours -Full-time working Monday to Friday between hours of 8am - 5pm to be confirmed with right applicant. About the role You will coordinate staff rosters, support day-to-day operations and work closely with service mangers to ensure services are well resourced. You will provide operational and administrative support for continuous improvement initiatives to help us, as an organisation, deliver quality person -centred support.
