Solicitor/Legal Executive

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor to join our boutique firm to assist us to provide the best possible service for our clients and to become an integral member of our small dynamic team. Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience with residential conveyancing, general property matters and estate planning. You will also be a team player prepared to pitch in wherever needed including overflow telephone cover. We are preferably looking for someone to work full time, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There may be some flexibility for the right candidate. This would be an ideal role for someone wanting plenty of variety and scope to make the role their own. You will need to be able to hit the ground running, be self-motivated and be competent to pick up duties without need for supervision.You will be able to provide support to our team where needed. You will be organised, flexible and able to prioritise the workload under pressure. You will have the following skills and attributes: Ability to undertake conveyancing transactions from pre-signing to settlement. Ability to undertake Estate Planning transactions. A genuine desire to help out wherever needed and producegood quality work. An appreciationfor accuracyand attention to detail. A sound knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Landonline. Experience with Estate Administration and Trust transactions would be an advantage. Experience with One Law system would be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
