Regional Account Manager - Managed Fill

Gleeson & Cox Transport – Wiri, North Island Regular overnight travel within North Island Role can be Auckland or Waikato based We are looking for a talented and driven Regional Account Manager to lead sales growth of our Managed Fill facility at Gleeson Group. In this key role, you will promote our managed fill services to contractors, construction companies, developers, and consultants. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and delivering high-value solutions that support our customers' project outcomes. An understanding of the managed fill market—its regulations, challenges, and commercial drivers is highly desirable and will help you excel in this position. Exposure to and knowledge of the Civil Construction sector would also be preferred.
