We're looking for motivated and approachableReceptionist-Administrators to join our Integrated Administration Team and helpsupport healthcare services across the Buller region. We have positions for casual staff and for a6-month fixed term. About the Role As a Reception Administrator, you'll be at theheart of our health service, providing a warm welcome to patients and whānauwhile ensuring the day-to-day administration functions run smoothly. You'll be part of a supportive team that worksclosely with both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure people across theWest Coast can access the care they need. These casual positions provide cover across ourBuller sites, primarily at Westport with occasional shifts in Karamea andNgakawau when needed. Your responsibilitieswill include: Greeting patients and visitorswith a friendly and professional approach Managing patient arrivals,appointments, and enquiries through our Indici system Answering and directing phonecalls through our Touchpoint system Maintaining accurate patient andmedical records Processing payments, invoices,banking, and reconciliations Supporting clinical teams withadministrative tasks Assisting with ITtroubleshooting and liaising with Digital Services when required Helping ensure a safeenvironment by following emergency procedures Providing seamlessadministrative support that helps keep healthcare services running smoothly What We're Looking For You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys working withpeople and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Ideally, you’ll bring: Previous reception,administration, customer service, or office experience (2'3 years preferred) Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills Strong organisational skills andattention to detail The ability to juggle multipletasks and remain calm under pressure Confident using MicrosoftOffice, including Word, Outlook, and Excel A high level of professionalismand confidentiality A positive attitude andwillingness to learn The ability to workindependently and as part of a team An understanding of, andcommitment to, the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Why Join Us?
