Practice Manager | Lumino Dinsdale| Part Time Lumino The Dentists Hamilton, Waikato Region, New Zealand Job Description As Practice Manager, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while supporting both our patients and team members. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care. Managing reception operations and providing front-of-house support when required. Overseeing practice administration, staff scheduling, and daily operational workflows. Supporting a positive and collaborative team culture. Managing patient enquiries and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Monitoring practice performance, billing processes, and operational efficiency. Working closely with clinicians and support teams to achieve practice goals and drive continuous improvement. Hours for this role This is a 32-hour per week position working across four days: Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:30pm Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:30pm Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Qualifications We\'re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about leading people. You\'ll ideally bring: Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Office Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A positive, solutions-focused approach. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment. Experience within healthcare, dental, or a customer-focused industry would be highly regarded.
