Hallensteins is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Supa Centa in Manukau. You will work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, lead by example, and ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will run floor operations, help with rosters and targets, and coach the team across shifts so the store remains busy, visually appealing, and well stocked.
