Quarry Operations Manager

Based in the South Taranaki/Taranaki region, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Quarry Operations Manager to join a privately owned business in growth mode. You will oversee the day-to-day management, production and compliance of their main business hub producing over 100,000 tonnes annually with two other seasonal quarries producing 40,000 tonne collectively. Working alongside a small, passionate team of 8, you will lead quarry operations, extraction activities, maintenance planning, staff leadership, safety systems and environmental performance. This role requires a proactive leader who understands the extractives industry, values high standards, and can build strong relationships with customers, contractors and roading/civil companies throughout the region.
