We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and driven Site Leader to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining high operational standards. About the Role As a Site Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your site while leading and developing a team to achieve exceptional results. You'll ensure every customer receives a great experience while maintaining excellence in food safety, health & safety, compliance and store presentation. Strong people leadership and coaching skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and improve performance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required. A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
