About theRole TheDistrict Nursing Service runs a daytime roster that includes some weekendshifts. Inthis role you will work with local communities to promote health, preventdisease and maintain wellness, as well as work in partnership to assist andsupport families and whānau towards self-reliance in health. Ourwork can be challenging, but we are up for it. We have a great team and we workhard to make a difference. About you Clinicalskills in wound care are preferred. You will be flexible and able to work in avariety of different settings including people's homes, clinics, schools, andcommunity centres. Youwill have NZNC registration, a current practising certificate and a fulldriver's licence. You will be a great team player who's passionate aboutcommunity delivery and the health and wellbeing of our population. You willhave outstanding interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and be committed tothe principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and achieving equity.
