Use your expertise to influence change Provide clinical leadership, specialist advice, and guidance across a range of services and professional networks, including mental health teams, GPs, and community organisations. To be successful in this role, you will need: A relevant tertiary qualification (Level 7 or above) in management, nursing, social services, psychology, or a related field Registration with a professional body (Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, AOD Practitioner, Psychologist) Current full Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) At least one year experience in a leadership or management role At least two years’ experience in mental health, addiction, disability, or social services Strong leadership capability, including performance development and operational oversight Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English Experience working with diverse communities and applying client centred service planning Must hold and maintain First Aid certification including CPR (or be willing and able to complete this) We also offer: Salary range: $94,395.60 – $106,468.40 per annum, depending on experience Access to extensive wellbeing support – including counselling, budgeting advice, coaching services, and mental health workshops to support your hauora (wellbeing) and personal growth Staff discounts with Southern Cross Health, PB Tech, Harvey Norman, Anytime Fitness, and more Ongoing training and development opportunities Generous leave entitlements, including wellbeing leave, cultural leave, and study leave Inclusive and supportive teams grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and our Pou Opportunities to grow within one of Aotearoa’s largest for‑purpose organisations #J-18808-Ljbffr
