Mental Health Clinician - Napier Health Centre Permanent, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight (1 FTE) Make a real difference in your community We were looking for passionate, experienced clinicians to join our Napier Community Mental Health & Addiction Service - supporting tangata whaiora and their whānau who are most impacted by mental health and addiction challenges. About the Role Deliver comprehensive mental health & addiction assessments and interventions Develop and implement individualised care and recovery plans Manage a caseload within a community - based setting Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to achieve best outcomes Support service improvement, quality care, and equitable health outcomes Please click below for the position profiles: Registered Nurse Occupational Therapist Social Worker About the Team/Service/ Location Based at Napier Health Centre, our team provides specialist mental health and addiction services Monday to Friday, 8am5pm. We are a well-established MDT including: Psychiatry, psychology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy Alcohol & drug clinicians and support workers Cultural support through Kaitakawaenga and Pōwhirinaki Māori Together we deliver holistic, whānau-centred care, supporting recovery and wellness in the community.
