We're seeking Farm Workers to join our farming teams. These permanent, full time positions will suit someone who enjoys farm work, is a jack of all trades, and most importantly, has genuine concern for animal welfare. Here's why you'd want to start a career with Tegel New Plymouth! We pay above minimum rates. We have levels of pay that increase after every 12 months' service for 3 consecutive years. We pay overtime after 8 ordinary hours a day at 1.6 times your ordinary base rate for the first 2 hours' overtime, after which you get paid at 1.75 times your ordinary base rate for the remainder of that day's overtime.
