We're looking for an experienced and passionate Occupational Health Physiotherapist to join our growing Auckland team. This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist who enjoys variety, autonomy, relationship-building, and making a meaningful difference beyond the traditional clinic environment. The Role No two days are the same at Bodycare. You'll work directly within client workplaces, helping employees stay at work, recover from injuries, and reduce future injury risk. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering on-site physiotherapy services across a variety of Auckland workplaces. Providing early intervention assessments and treatment to prevent minor injuries from becoming long-term issues. Conducting workplace and ergonomic assessments across diverse environments, from warehouses and manufacturing facilities to logistics, transport, and office settings. Educating and empowering workers to take ownership of their health and wellbeing. Building trusted relationships with employees, supervisors, managers, and health and safety teams. Developing practical injury prevention initiatives and wellbeing programmes using Bodycare's innovative software platforms. Supporting injured workers through safe and sustainable return-to-work processes. Contributing to positive workplace health and safety cultures that drive meaningful change. Why Join Bodycare? Clear pathways for career progression and advancement. About You You’ll be a motivated physiotherapist with strong clinical skills and a desire to help improve workplace health outcomes. To be successful, you’ll have: A Physiotherapy qualification and current New Zealand APC. At least 2 years' musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience in private practice, occupational health, or a similar setting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work independently while managing a varied workload. A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach. A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport.
