Agrippa Paints Ltd is seeking a motivated and self-managing Commission Sales Representative to champion our brand throughout the Lower North Island. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a growing New Zealand paint company and play a key role in expanding our presence within the hardware and trade sectors. About the Role As the face of Agrippa Paints within your territory, you will work closely with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting our products, building lasting customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Communicate the Agrippa Paints story and brand values Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware retailers and trade customers Demonstrate and train customers on our "fit for purpose" paint products Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and applications Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all customer interactions Identify and secure new business opportunities Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Provide valuable market intelligence to support business growth Territory The assigned territory covers the Lower North Island, including: Palmerston North Call cycles will vary across the territory, with regular scheduled visits to key customer locations.
