We Are Looking For Caregivers/support Workers Who Can Empower Our Clients And Help Them Achieve Their Goals. You Will Join An Existing Supportive And Caring Team Who Look After Our Clients With Their Daily Tasks, Social Activities And Work Commitments. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Personal cares (showering, toileting, dressing) Passive exercises and stretches House work and meal preparation Driving client's in their vehicle to get to appointments, work meetings and community/social events Additional Requirements A current, clean full driver's licence The legal right to work in NZ Minimum of Level 2 Health and Wellbeing qualification (or equivalent) Weekend/outside school hours availability Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients Energetic, initiative, and a good sense of humour Great communication skills To be reliable, punctual, honest and caring Proactive and 'can-do' attitude What We Can Offer You 24/7 support and a local office and a local Manager Access to some of the latest technology and resources available within the healthcare sector Great hourly rates in line with the pay equity settlement Annual leave, sick leave and Kiwisaver contributions on top of your hourly rate Access to a range of training resources and support to achieve NZQA recognised qualifications Comprehensive induction and personalised client training.
