Suitable for a tertiary Graduate or a highly motivated business minded individual looking to gain hands on experience in the business world from an organisation with over 90 years experience offering limitless career opportunities. ABOUT YOU Enjoy a challenge Have completed further education - Degree, Diploma, Trade or have equivalent practical experience Dedicated, practical, pragmatic, resilient, and have a passionate interest for logistics / management / business development Must be willing to gain an HT truck license and be prepared get your hands dirty to perform a variety of driving and other operational roles throughout your training Must hold a minimum Class 1 Full NZ Drivers Licence Be flexible with working hours & domestic travel Interested in leading a team, inspiring and supporting people to achieve business goals Willingness to gain experience in a number of different roles and locations during your training period Must be flexible and willing to travel during your training period and possibly relocate upon completition Wanting to create your own chapter in a proudly successful commercial business Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Trainee (Leadership Development Program), you will have the drive to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in our operation.
