Project and Site Engineer roles

The Opportunities In this role, you'll provide technical and commercial support across our structures portfolio, bridges, wharves, reservoirs, piling, and other civil works. You’ll play a key part in programming, scheduling, procurement, quality and environmental management from early planning through to delivery. You’ll also support the preparation and maintenance of contract programmes, assist with variation and EOT claims, manage supplier and subcontractor inputs, and contribute to tender preparation. As the on‑site technical lead, you’ll support the Project Manager in driving safety, quality, and environmental performance. You’ll take ownership of methodology development, set‑out, supervision of day‑to‑day site works, and coordination of plant and temporary works. You’ll also assist with procurement, cost tracking, programme inputs, claims, and the delivery of ITPs, hold points, inspections and quality records. What You’ll Bring Relevant experience in civil construction - minimum 5 years in site‑based operations; leadership experience an advantage. Competency in programming support, quality management, set‑out, and plant/temporary works coordination. Experience in civil design/construction, surveying and set‑out; proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD. Strong planning, documentation, and stakeholder management capability.
