They are seeking a Property Analyst to join the Finance Team in Auckland. This role combines both feasibility modelling and financial reporting across both current and future developments. This role is well suited to someone with strong financial modelling within the property sector who is keen to join a well-established and successful company working on exciting projects around NZ. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of financial feasibility work for developments and acquisitions, supporting due diligence and investment decision-making Build financial models for projects, covering cash flow forecasts and metrics such as NPV, IRR, and development margins Manage project accounting for developments underway, including tracking costs and analysing variances Analyse refurbishment capex across the existing portfolio, including feasibility, prioritisation, and performance tracking Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting including board reports Clearly communicate financial outcomes and performance to key stakeholders Assist with wider development of finance processes, systems, and reporting tools Key Experience and Skills Relevant qualification in finance, accounting, business, property, or a related field (essential) CA, CFA, MBA or similar qualification beneficial Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Exposure to property and real estate environments Ability to juggle competing priorities and hit deadlines Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to connect analysis to real-life business outcomes Competent communication and presentation skills This role would suit someone with strong financial modelling skills who's ready to step into a broader, more commercial analyst role - whether that's an accountant looking to move away from BAU reporting into feasibility and investment analysis, or a property or real estate analyst wanting more ownership of both the modelling and the reporting side of the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
