We're looking for compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants/Caregivers to join our team for weekend morning shifts and casual shifts to cover planned and unplanned staff absences across all shifts in the week. Key responsibilities Provide personal care with dignity and respect Support mobility and daily living activities Assist with meals and hydration Build genuine relationships with residents and their families Work alongside our experienced nursing team to provide exceptional care About you Kind, patient and genuinely enjoys caring for older people Reliable and able to work weekends A positive team player with excellent communication skills Committed to providing person-centred care Flexible to pick up additional casual shifts when available Experience in aged care is an advantage, but your attitude, compassion and willingness to learn are what matter most About us At Sacred Heart Home & Hospital, we're more than just a workplace—we're a community.
