Your role Assist Warehouse Manager on the following functions: Arrange time of warehouse staff to make sure orders are finished on time. Arrange any stock for AQIS inspection that is scheduled to be inspected by AQIS personnel. Check and monitor all outgoing and incoming stocks. Check and distribute bulk orders (WW, GHPL & INTER WAREHOUSE TRANSFER) to all bulk pickers and supervise them. Invoice any left behind orders (ASIAN) finished on the day. Induction and training of any newly hired warehouse staff. Monitor level of all repacking boxes and advise on any boxes that need re-ordering. Assist in loading/unloading trucks/containers and pick bulk orders if needed. Advise pallet configuration of all new stocks or any shelf-friendly packaging stocks. Monitor the cleanliness of the warehouse including safety awareness. Monitor all stocks that need to be received. Report any maintenance needed to repair inside and outside of the warehouse including equipment. Warehouse Management System (WMS): Undergo training in WMS, become competent in using this system and report to VIC Senior Manager, Logistics on WMS. Answer ad hoc enquiries related to WMS e.g., batch code and traceability. Maintain and manage WMS software. Manage and check short-coded stock and accordingly generate short-coded report on a monthly basis. Undertake cycle count on a daily basis in order to measure accuracy of inventory in warehouse. Manage movement of quarantine consignments. Assist Warehouse Manager in undertaking annual stocktake and related activities. Provide backup support for picking, packing, and loading customer orders onto delivery trucks as required.
