Regional Sales Manager - Plumbing & Merchants KE KELIT International – Wellington Central, North Island Regional Sales Manager – Plumbing & Merchants Central North Island KE KELIT is a leading supplier of premium piping systems to the New Zealand plumbing industry. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop our plumbing business throughout the Central North Island. Reporting to the National Plumbing Business Manager, you'll take ownership of a defined territory, building strong relationships with plumbing installers, plumbing merchants and key customers while identifying new business opportunities and supporting projects across the region. About the Role This is a hands‑on sales role where you'll spend your time in front of customers, developing new business, supporting existing accounts and working closely with our internal technical and project teams. Developing new business and growing existing customer relationships. Working with plumbing installers, plumbing merchants and key customers across the region. Supporting project opportunities from enquiry through to completion. Delivering product training and presentations. Managing your territory through regular customer visits and effective planning. Maintaining opportunities and customer information within our CRM system. Maintaining accurate customer information, opportunities and activity within our CRM system while managing your territory in a structured and disciplined way. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and has a genuine interest in the plumbing industry. You may already be working in sales, or you could be a qualified plumber or merchant professional looking to move into a customer‑facing commercial role. Ideally you'll have: Experience within the plumbing industry, plumbing merchants or the wider construction sector. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. A well‑organised and disciplined approach to territory management, customer follow‑up and CRM. The ability to work within established sales processes while bringing your own initiative and personality to the role. A customer‑first mindset and good commercial awareness. A disciplined approach to planning, follow-up and maintaining accurate CRM records. A current Full New Zealand Driver Licence. Sales experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. If you have strong plumbing industry knowledge, the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed. Why KE KELIT?
