VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION FACILITATOR

Part-time to full-time: 30–40 hours per week Flexible working: Options to work from home Focus: Vocational assessment, rehabilitation planning, and return-to-work support This role is ideal for a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Occupational Health Nurse with prior experience in vocational rehabilitation. What You’ll Bring Excellent communication skills across all ages and backgrounds Strong organisational and time management abilities Confidence working independently and collaboratively Capacity to manage varied caseloads and adapt to changing priorities High standard of written and oral communication Cultural awareness and the ability to practise in a culturally safe manner A current Annual Practising Certificate, New Zealand Residency and Professional registration is essential.
