The Opportunity Aurora Energy's graduate programme is designed to ensure you get the most out of your first two years in the industry. Our newest graduates will rotate through various teams in our asset management, network planning, operations, and delivery teams. Alongside regular guidance and support from people leaders in each team, you'll also receive mentoring from our subject matter experts. What Sets Us Apart? Final-year or recent graduates in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Science Strong communication, energetic "can-do" attitude, and a drive to embrace challenges in a fast-evolving industry A genuine interest in powering a sustainable future and supporting diverse communities Previous work experience (this doesn't have to be industry related) Eligibility to work in New Zealand is required The Role Fixed-term, full-time, starting late 2026 or early 2027 (start date negotiable). Rotations across different teams Ongoing mentoring and tailored development plans This role is based in Dunedin, Otago.
