We take pride in in the Bulk Material Handling systems that we design and then fabricate and assemble in our workshop, from the first design concept to packing the finished items for delivery to our customers. Our global Sales Team have secured a good pipeline of work, with more on the horizon. We have a role for an experienced Stainless Fabricator Welder whocan produce high-quality work to food grade , pharmaceutical and dairy standards. Only applicants with relevant stainless welding / fabrication experience will be considered. About the role Your daily tasks will involve preparation of mild and stainless-steel parts, welding, polishing, fitting and assembly using a variety of hand tools, power tools, band saws and table drills to fully fabricate custom designed powder handling equipment Full-time permanent role with a stable company Hours of work 6.30 am to 3.00 pm Monday – Friday, plus overtime when required Trade Qualified Fabricator / Welder or equivalent proven experience Minimum of 2 years’ stainless commercial work experience considered, candidates with 5+ experience highly regarded Ability to accurately read & interpret engineering drawings Stainless steel TIG and MIG welding Mild Steel TIG and MIG welding Cut and Form Sheetmetal components Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to meet quality and hygiene standards Must have a good attendance record and ability to work effectively within a team Good English communications skills Physically fit and safety focussed Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm Overtime available when required OT paid at T½ (for hours over 40 / week) On-site trainer Great team environment Free parking PPE and tools supplied Weekly pay Applicants must currently live in New Zealand and have the legal right to work in NZ. #J-18808-Ljbffr
